
Green Mountain Power is seeking a skilled Protection & Control Engineer to innovate new solutions for GMP transmission and distribution substations and distribution lines to improve safety, reliability, power quality and sustainability while adhering to industry standards and evolving best practices. This role is an important part of the Engineering team and requires a broad set of detail-orientated technical skills, the desire to continually evolve to support new initiatives for customers, and strong communication skills to build trusting and effective relationships with teammates in Engineering and Operations.

Compensation
As part of our commitment to fair and open hiring practices, we disclose compensation. This position offers a competitive salary range of $78,000 – $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience, qualifications, and the scope of responsibilities.
