Contract Type: Permanent

Hours: Full Time, 35 hours per week

Closing Date: 23:59 on Tuesday the 2nd of June 2026

Salary: £39,060.00

Location: London (hybrid working with a minimum of 50% of time in the office)

Interviews: 10th June in-person at our Dorfman Centre

As our Prospect Development Manager, you’ll sit at the heart of our fundraising team driving a high-quality pipeline of prospects, delivering insightful research across individuals, corporates and institutions, and ensuring we operate to the highest ethical and compliance standards. You’ll also lead the transition to Microsoft Dynamics, shaping how we use data to power fundraising success.
