Job Description

of Position:

The PropX Technical Development Deployment Lead will work with the Technical Development team to roll out the future of Liberty technology. The primary function of this position is to support the implementation of next generation equipment to our field crews. Additionally, this role will provide training and support to field personnel prior to and following deployments to ensure the highest service quality. The PropX Technical Development Deployment Lead will support Liberty’s mission to continuously improve our operations for our field population and our clients through technological advancements.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • At least 3 years with Liberty and/or with previous companies acquired by Liberty.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience.
  • Experience working under high pressure situations.
  • Must be willing to regularly travel to all Liberty operating basins.
  • Strong mechanical, electrical, and software system experience preferred.
  • Prior training experience preferred.
  • Prior work implementing new products/ideas preferred.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Supports the deployment of new technology/next generation equipment projects to field crews, including pre-deployment planning and support of the camp, on location support during deployments, and post-deployment support for the crew and camp.
  • Provides training to the camp and crews prior to rollouts at the camp or on location if time does not permit classroom training.
  • Bridges field personnel to the development team to maintain effectiveness of products/equipment.
  • Communicates concerns from the field and helps investigate and troubleshoot potential issues.
  • Provides detailed feedback during entire rollout process.
  • Sustains technologies actively running in the field whenever deployments are not planned.
  • Ensures the highest level of service quality and efficiency while deploying and supporting new technologies/equipment.
  • Visits Liberty districts and locations regularly.
  • Visits 3rd party suppliers as needed.

Working Conditions/Environment:

  • Operates in a professional and/or business casual office environment.

Salary:

$80,000/YR - $130,000/YR


Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
