We are seeking a talented and proactive individual to join our team as a Propositions Management Feature Consumer. This role is integral to our bank's success, as it involves staying at the forefront of new features and innovations, and ensuring their effective integration into our proposition management processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the banking industry, with a focus on customer-centric solutions and a passion for driving change.

• Lead the consumption and implementation of new features and propositions, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand feature requirements and develop strategies for integration.
• Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify the most relevant and impactful features for our bank's propositions.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, and propose innovative solutions to enhance our proposition management.
• Manage and prioritize a backlog of features, ensuring timely and effective consumption and implementation.
• Provide support and guidance to the HO & Support-Branch Programme Team in adopting new features and ensuring their successful adoption.
• Conduct user acceptance testing and gather feedback to refine and improve the feature consumption process.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies during the feature consumption process.
• Document and communicate the impact and benefits of new features to relevant stakeholders.
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve proposition management processes and enhance the customer experience.

• A bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
• Strong knowledge of proposition management and feature consumption processes, with a track record of successful implementations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively and build effective relationships with cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
• Proficiency in using proposition management and feature consumption tools and platforms.
• A proactive and innovative mindset, with a passion for driving change and improvement.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
