Job Description

Job Accountabilities：

• Assist the Head / Manager of Life Propositions to develop and implement new product development to deliver topline and bottom-line targets.
• Conduct market research, by collecting market intelligence and providing product analysis.
• Prepare product materials (in English & Chinese), including but not limited to the product specification, sales illustration, product brochure and provision those key product documents.
• Provide product related requirements to various systems. Prepare the test case and conduct UAT of various systems, to ensure the quality and delivery.
• Support product maintenance, including proper documentation control and procedures.
• Take part in the meetings with cross-functional efforts to clarify and confirm the product requirements to support implementation.
• Assist the Head / Manager of Life Propositions for various product related projects / tasks.

Education, Knowledge and Experience：

• Diploma or above (Bachelor degree is preferred and not a must) in the related discipline (including Language, Marketing or Business Administration is preferred and not a must).
• 3 years or above working experience in the related field (life insurance). Candidate with shorter duration of experience will also be considered at a junior position.
• Good command of Chinese and English, ability to communicate in Cantonese an added advantage (not a must).
• Good knowledge of computer / AI skills (including MS Office).
