THE OPPORTUNITY:
We are looking for a Proposition Go-To-Market (GTM), Consultant who plays a crucial in bringing new product Go-To-Market, be accountable for 1st year production of new Product by planning, driving and executing Go-To-Market (GTM) plan for all distribution channels.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Propositions GTM (70%)

  • Work with Propositions Development to develop annual plan to promote AIA Propositions including Vitality to all distirbution channel.
  • Convert market intelligence and product competitive analysis into impactful go-to-market strategies of proposition assets. This will require active involvement in E2E customer proposition design from insights generation, concept to validation to deployment.
  • Build GTM plan for new and existing propositions covering product positioning, product packaging, sales ptich and sales tools.
  • Develop and lead excution GTM plan for all Propositions.
  • Work with Proposition Development and Training to develop training materials and conduct training for trainers and manage the product GTM for all distribution channels.
  • Partner with Distributions to collect and translate customers feedback, distribution feedback into product requirements and facilitate the solutions to make sure GTM plan success.
  • Manage all products and customers promotional activities including design customers promotion campaigns, alignment with distribution channels, develop all marketing materials in conjunction with Propositions Marketing.


Other (30%)

  • Develop and manage relationship with key stakeholders in distribution channels (10%).
  • Work closely with Propositions Development, Operations and IT on all propositions development initiatives and implementation (5%)
  • Ensure compliance with local, group standards and all regulations (5%)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree. Master’s degree is preferred.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Life / Health Insurance, Financial Services.
  • Experience in product marketing, life insurance product sales training is preferred.
  • Excellent command of English and Vietnamese, both written and oral.
  • Customer centricity mindset
  • Presentation and communication at influencing level
