In this role, you will manage end-to-end proposal operations, ensuring RFx requests are properly triaged, coordinated, and delivered with accuracy and speed.

• Serve as the primary intake and coordination point for RFx requests including RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and security questionnaires
• Assess incoming requests against qualification criteria, deadlines, and resource requirements, and route them appropriately
• Coordinate contributions from sales, legal, finance, and subject matter experts to ensure timely completion of proposals
• Draft, edit, and assemble proposal content while ensuring consistency, accuracy, and compliance with requirements
• Manage version control, approvals, and submission workflows through to final delivery
• Support and guide RFx contributors and contractors, helping resolve blockers and maintain quality standards
• Maintain and update content libraries and proposal repositories following internal documentation processes
• Track progress across multiple concurrent opportunities and proactively escalate risks or delays

Requirements:

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in managing cross-functional workflows in fast-paced environments.

• Experience coordinating complex projects or workflows involving multiple stakeholders
• Strong written communication skills with the ability to produce clear, accurate, and professional content under deadlines
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple active priorities simultaneously
• Strong organizational and time management skills with a structured approach to execution
• Ability to work independently within defined processes while escalating issues proactively when needed
• Familiarity with proposal operations, sales operations, procurement, or RFx processes is a plus
• Experience working with content management systems, trackers, or workflow tools is an advantage
• Comfortable working in fast-moving, high-growth SaaS or technology environments
