About the role:

As Proposal Coordinator, you will join DRA Global in the Brisbane Office on a full-time permanent basis. You will report directly into and work closely with our General Manager Strategy & Growth. You will contribute to our Proposals, Marketing & Communications, and Strategy efforts within the Origination Team across our APAC region through:

  • Leading the coordination, development, and execution process of proposal activities
  • Organising and participating in proposal development and review meetings
  • Assisting Strategy & Growth initiatives with market research as required in support of proposal strategy development
  • Assisting in all functions relating to Pre-Contracts activities
  • Ensuring branding and written compliance of tender response and final preparation of tender submissions
  • Formatting, editing and proof reading of Expression of Interest (EOI) and Proposal submissions
  • Responsible for the upload and accuracy of pursuits through the DRA CRM system
  • Overseeing the development and coordination of the proposals library and database

About you:

  • A tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing, Commerce or Engineering is highly advantageous
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in technical document writing/preparation
  • Knowledge of the mineral processing/mining industry is highly advantageous
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Office 365)
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and Indesign) and Salesforce (or similar)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with a proven ability to interact with various stakeholders
  • Current Rights to Work in Australia
