Description & Requirements

Who we are looking for

• Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Management, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in a business development, proposal management, pursuits, marketing, project coordination, or related role.
• Experience within a professional services organization (consulting, legal, accounting, technology, or advisory services) preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to draft, review, and edit professional client-facing documents.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Familiarity with proposal automation and collaboration tools is advantageous.

Your future role

• Prepare, edit, and customize client-facing and internal documents, presentations, and supporting materials.
• Draft, structure, refine, and edit content, executive summaries, case studies, team credentials, and other pursuit materials to create clear, compelling, and audience-appropriate messaging for both external and internal stakeholders.
• Collect, collate, and organize information from multiple stakeholders, ensuring inputs are complete, consistent, and aligned with the objectives of the materials.
• Maintain and continuously enhance content repositories, credentials databases, and case studies.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools and technologies to improve the effectiveness of the materials, including content generation, summarization, content retrieval, and knowledge management activities.
• Act as a central point of coordination between leadership stakeholders, subject matter experts, and design teams to support the development of high-quality external and internal materials.
• Assist in identifying process improvements and best practices across the proposal and presentation management activities.
