Job Description

About the Job:
Translation Empire PK looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Proposal Writer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for researching, drafting, editing, and submitting high-quality business proposals and bids in response to RFPs (Requests for Proposals) across various platforms. This role demands excellent communication skills, a strong grasp of business writing, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:

· Research and analyze current and future markets to identify new opportunities.

· Respond to RFPs and business proposals (Bids), ensuring compliance with all submission requirements.

· Develop proposal outlines and manage proposal timelines in collaboration with Proposal Managers.

· Write, edit, and compile proposal content, including executive summaries, resumes, and project descriptions.

· Ensure compliance with RFP criteria (content, formatting, length, layout).

· Maintain quality using templates and consistent proposal-writing standards.

· Organize and update all related proposal documentation.

· Track and maintain a log of submitted bids and their outcomes.

· Track and maintain a record of all submitted proposals and their statuses.

· Continuously refine and improve proposal processes, templates, and content libraries.

· Ensure all submissions are error-free, well-organized, and meet formatting and deadline requirements.

Requirements

Qualification and Experience:

· Must have a degree in English language & Literarure.

· Minimum 6 months to 1 year experience in business proposal writing or bidding (preferred).

· 2-5 years of experience with government proposals and/or technical proposals is a plus.

· Prior experience bidding on platforms like Upwork is highly desirable.

· Exceptional written communication, editing, and proofreading skills.

· Strong research abilities and understanding of RFP sourcing and evaluation.

· Familiarity with freelance marketplaces and bidding strategies.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

· Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and work independently under pressure.

· Analytical thinker with attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving attitude.

· Strong organizational and time management skills.
