General Description
The Turbine - Proposal Engineer is responsible for developing technical proposal for turbine projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements and organizational objectives. This role involves close collaboration with sales, engineering, teams to deliver competitive and technically robust solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in turbine technology, proposal management, and cross-functional teamwork to drive successful project acquisition and customer satisfaction.

Education: B.E. (Mechanical) or equivalent.
Experience: Minimum 6 to 15 years in proposal/tendering of hydro turbines, preferably with companies like Alstom, Voith, Jyoti, Flovel, or similar industries.
PREFERRED: Information about the knowledge required for the job which is not mandatory to possess.
YOU’LL WORK WITH: Provide details pertaining to the reporting structure (Direct/Indirect).
