Position Summary:

The Proposal Office Manager has a critical role within our Business Development (BD) team. This position is responsible for overseeing the Proposal Management Office, which functions as an internal service organization. The Proposal Office Manager will lead a team of Proposal Managers and Technical Writers, scaling the team as necessary to meet the demands of document generation requests from BD. The role involves managing the setup of proposal teams, coordinating with Contracts for submission, and leveraging AI for content management and curation.
