Key Responsibilities

• Proposal & RFP Management: Lead the end-to-end response process for RFPs and unsolicited proposals, ensuring technical accuracy, brand consistency, and competitive positioning.
• Sales Collateral & Deck Design: Own the "Sales Toolkit," including the creation and continuous optimization of pitch decks and presentation materials.
• Event Strategy & Execution: Coordinate both physical and digital events—from high-touch in-person industry gatherings to lead-generating webinars.
• Social Proof & Case Studies: Partner with Customer Success to transform client wins into compelling case studies and manage our presence on peer review sites (G2, Capterra, etc.).
• Sales Enablement: Act as the central resource for the sales team, providing them with the content and tools needed to accelerate the buyer’s journey.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proposal Writing, Business Writing. Technical Writing, Content Writing, Case Study. RFP / RFI / RFQ, Qualitative Research, Competitive Analysis, Data Analysis (even basic), Microsoft Excel (signals ability to work with evidence/metrics)
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to think from the end-user perspective and evaluate how interaction.
• Comfortable working in collaborative, cross-functional environments
