LandDesign is a collection of visionaries and problem solvers who believe in the power of balance, combining creativity and practicality to design what we know will thrive. We leverage our diverse expertise and relentless curiosity to deliver innovative, attainable big ideas — aligning our clients’ vision with the culture of the community to delight those who will enjoy the space. We are driven by a boundless desire for better, because we believe that learning is lifelong and growth is infinite. This curiosity and uncommon collaboration fuel our culture and drive ideas that continuously improve our practice and the people who are part of it.
LandDesign creates places that matter, and every pursuit is an opportunity to build or strengthen the relationships that make that work possible. As a Proposal Coordinator, proposals are your core responsibility. You’ll work alongside practice leaders, technical staff, and an award-winning communications team to shape the firm’s experience into clear, compelling submissions that help us win meaningful work.
This role supports passionate, detail-driven creative professionals who are deeply committed to delivering value to their clients. Your job is to help organize their experience and expertise into polished, accurate, and on-time proposals. You won’t always have every piece of information at the start, and deadlines don’t move, but you won’t be navigating it alone. Our communications team is collaborative, high-performing, and generous with knowledge. We expect quality and value feedback. We work hard and genuinely enjoy working with each other. If you’re energized by keeping people organized, building relationships internally, and bringing order to moving pieces, you’ll find purpose here.
What You'll Do:
Your Strengths - Initiative, Curiosity, Confidence
Technical Qualifications:
You don’t need to come in as a proposal expert. You do need to be curious, adaptable, and motivated by helping others succeed. If you’re excited about contributing to a team that takes pride in its work and wants you to grow with it, this could be a strong fit. Submit your resume and a cover letter that tells us not why you’re technically right for the role, but why you’re personally the best to help us achieve collective success.
Employees are offered a competitive compensation package and robust benefits package that includes access to wellness programming, 401k retirement plan, paid holidays, paid time off, paid parental leave, paid volunteer hours, health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurances.
