We are looking for confident, motivated, and talented Russian-speaking Telesales Executives to join our winning team in Dubai. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell exciting new property investment opportunities to potential clients.
  • Manage and engage with a highly qualified database of subscribers and leads.
  • Handle inbound enquiries generated through marketing campaigns.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.
  • Understand customer requirements and provide suitable investment solutions.
  • Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.

Desired Skill & Expertise

Requirements

  • Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing, or sales is preferred.
  • Fluent in Russian and English (spoken and written).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Confident telephone manner with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Real estate or property investment experience is an advantage.
