Your new opportunity:

Based in the Northern Suburbs of Adelaide, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing quality valuation reports in a timely manner for a diversified asset market in the residential space. Excellent communication skills are required to ensure smooth and timely outcomes for clients while effectively managing business opportunities and at the same time achieving personal annual budgets.

The key responsibility areas around operational focus with maintaining positive and productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

What sets you apart from the rest:

We are seeking a driven professional with not only highly developed valuation skills but exceptional communication and business development skills. A strong client focus and commitment to personal and professional development is essential together with:

• Degree in Business (Property) or equivalent qualifications
• CPV status or RPV
• Strong attention to detail, report writing and analytical skills
• Ability to work in and contribute to a harmonious team environment
