About the Role

Our Property + Projects team works in a fast-paced and collaborative environment where no two days are the same. This role plays a key support function within the team, providing paralegal assistance across administration, coordination and operational support to enable the efficient delivery of legal services to our clients.

You will work closely with lawyers and team members to assist with document drafting and document management, matter coordination and general team support. This is an entry-level opportunity for someone looking to build a career in the legal or professional services industry – no prior property or legal experience is required, though any relevant experience or education will be taken into consideration.

Key Responsibilities

Working with our Property + Projects team, this is a dynamic, fast-paced role. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Provide paralegal and administrative support to the Property + Projects team
  • Assist with the preparation, formatting and version control of legal documents and correspondence
  • Manage and organise matter files, folders and document systems
  • Support matter coordination, including tracking key dates, deadlines and tasks across matters
  • Assist with client communications and scheduling meetings and managing day to day enquiries
  • Prepare correspondence and legal documents based on templates and with guidance
  • Support onboarding of new matters and internal processes
  • Maintain accurate records across internal document management systems
  • Collaborate with team members to support timely delivery of legal work
  • Assist with legal and property research tasks, training and guidance provided

Qualifications & Experience

  • Strong administrative or coordination experience (legal or property experience not required, but is welcomed)
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Interest in the legal or professional services industry
  • Confidence using technology and learning new systems
