
David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading B2B solution provider who are looking to recruit an Property Supervisor (Accommodation) to join their team in Belgrade.
Position: Property Supervisor (Accommodation)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Oversee daily operations of company-provided accommodation units including apartments, houses, and employee housing facilities
Coordinate and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities across accommodation properties
Liaise with external vendors and service providers including cleaning, repair, and technical maintenance companies
Ensure accommodation standards, functionality, and safety requirements are consistently maintained
Handle accommodation-related issues and maintenance requests raised by occupants
Organise and coordinate employee check-in and check-out processes where applicable
Maintain records related to occupancy, property condition, maintenance activities, and accommodation costs
Monitor accommodation expenses and support cost optimisation initiatives
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and internal accommodation procedures
Collaborate closely with HR and internal departments regarding employee accommodation arrangements
Support smooth day-to-day facility and accommodation operations within a dynamic environment.
REQUIREMENTS:
Native or fluent in Serbian with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication, as well as English fluency (B2)
Previous experience in property management, accommodation management, facility management, or hospitality
Experience with Airbnb, Booking.com, or similar accommodation platforms considered an advantage
Strong organisational and communication skills
Problem-solving mindset with ability to work independently and make operational decisions
Basic technical understanding related to maintenance and facilities is considered a plus
Good MS Office skills
Valid Category B driving licence preferred
Reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented personality
Comfortable working in fast-paced and operational environment.
