In this role, you'll:


In this role you will work as part of a specialist team delivering industry-leading property portfolio management and corridor access solutions to benefit the diverse peoples of NSW.

You will support the management of leases, licences, and property interests across the rail network, ensuring compliance, safety, and value optimisation.

You will navigate complex property challenges and broker solutions that enhance efficiency and maximise portfolio value in a dynamic environment where stakeholder engagement and risk management are key.

Manage a diverse network contractor/lessee to ensure that relationships, service providers, repairs and maintenance, facilities, workplace health and safety obligations, building compliance. and financial and reputational risk are completed in accordance with the contract.

This is a permanent Hybrid role with five days a month to be spent at your home hub and a further five days to be spent at either you home hub, or another TfNSW location

About you


Demonstrated experience in property portfolio management and stakeholder engagement.

Knowledge of rail corridor access and compliance requirements.

Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
