What you’ll be doing:
- We are looking for a Senior Property Services Administrator to support and oversee the day-to-day administration of our busy Property Services team, acting as a subject matter expert across Southdown’s property repairs, maintenance and compliance functions.
- You will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of contractor invoices, client recharges, monthly accruals and year-end financial reconciliations.
- The role includes monitoring contractor performance against agreed KPIs and coordinating the administration of Southdown’s property compliance programmes.
- You will provide day-to-day supervision and support to two job-sharing Property Services Administrators, helping to ensure a high-quality and efficient service is delivered.
- As a designated credit card holder, you will manage authorised purchases in line with organisational policies and procedures.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
What you’ll need for the role
- Good understanding of common property repairs and defects.
- Experience working within the housing, property or maintenance sector.
- Excellent attention to detail, with strong administrative and organisational skills.
- Experience providing high-quality customer service to a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive working relationships.
- Able to work independently, manage competing priorities and support a busy team environment.
