We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Executive to join our team Property, New Site Acquisition team. The main responsibility of this role is to evaluate and recommend potential locations for opening new stores as part of Watson's Malaysia expansion strategy. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, excellent interpersonal skills, and a passion for identifying growth opportunity.
Job Responsibilities
Review and recommend store expansion.
Identify and acquire new sites.
Rental negotiation, execution, and management of leases and tenancy agreements.
Negotiate and maintain strong rapport with landlords and agencies.
Analyze financial reports and prepare business for store expansion submission.
Involved in presentation of new business cases to top management.
Job Requirements
Possess a Diploma or Degree in Property Management, Real Estate or Business Studies/ Administrative/ Management.
Minimum 3-4 years’ experience in retail store expansion and site acquisition.
Possess resourceful skills, good planning and organization skills.
Able to priorities multiple ongoing projects & consistently work within tight deadlines.
Good negotiation and interpersonal skills
Possess own transport and willing to handle heavy travelling across Malaysia.
Added Advantages: Experienced in managing mall landlords.
