We are a growing property restoration company specializing in water, fire, mold, and reconstruction services. We are seeking a Property Restoration Estimator to join our team on a part-time basis with a clear path to full-time as workload increases.

This is an ideal opportunity for an estimator who wants stability, growth, and the chance to be part of a team rebuilding and scaling a strong operation.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare accurate and compliant estimates using Xactimate (and Symbility when applicable)
  
  
• Estimate mitigation and reconstruction jobs for self-pay and insurance claims
  
  
• Submit estimates within carrier and program SLAs (typically 24 hours)
  
  
• Communicate with project managers, office staff, and adjusters
  
  
• Respond to revisions, supplements, and estimate questions
  
  
• Ensure proper documentation, photos, and line-item justifications
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Experience with restoration estimating (water, fire, mold, reconstruction)
  
  
• Proficiency in Xactimate (required)
  
  
• Strong attention to detail and organization
  
  
• Ability to manage multiple estimates under deadlines
  
  
• Insurance program and carrier experience preferred
  
  
• IICRC certifications a plus (or willingness to obtain)
  
  

Schedule & Growth

• Start part-time (20–30 hours/week)
  
  
• Clear path to full-time (40 hours/week) based on performance and workload
  
  
• Hourly pay with opportunity for increase upon transition to full-time
