Job Description

Now, we’re happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Property Relationship manager in our Herne bay office. The salary package on offer is £26,000 - £28,000.

You will ensure that the properties under your teams care meet all legal and contractual obligations whilst providing excellent customer service alongside the day to day line management of you team. You will lead by example and motivate your team to meet and exceed the KPIs, targets and tasks assigned.

Let’s talk about the role. It involves:

  • As a Property Manager, you will manage the tenancies for all properties that are in your portfolio.
  • You will have excellent communication skills, as you will be speaking with both landlords and tenants.
  • You will be able to take ownership of all issues and queries to achieve a successful outcome for all parties involved.
  • You will provide support to a busy, fast paced team.

Person Specification Professional Experience and Key Skills

  • A track record of success in a similar role within the property management function of a residential lettings agent
  • Has experience of successfully managing third party contractors
  • IT literate – Word, Excel and preferably experienced in using a relevant CRM system.
  • Clear and concise communication skills, particularly over the telephone and written
  • A track record of providing a consistent excellent service
  • Demonstrates an awareness of remaining informed and up to date with the Southeast property market trends and developments
  • Experience supervising a small team is desirable
