Job Description

• Assist NAPCO management in achieving safe and secure environment by ensuring 100% implementation of NAPCO Safety and Security Procedures.
• Safeguard and secure company assets from deteriorations, theft, miss-use etc. • Assist in interviewing and selecting carefully contracted security team members prior to work with NAPCO.
• Supervise the performance of contracted security company and raise any concern to the Property Protection Unit Head.
• In continues base, conduct random searches and audits for security company guards’ duties, procedures application, and report discrepancy and action plan to Property Protection Unit Head.
• Prepare daily field coordinator report and forward it to Property Protection Unit Head documenting attendance of security company guards and security observations noticed during his daily rounds.
• Monitor the electronic surveillance equipment used at the premises to ensure their proper functioning and premises are secured.
• Follow and implement all security directions from Property Protection Unit Head or HSSE Manager.
• Ensure a presence on the field at least 90% of his working time.
• Ensure smooth run of the section operation.
• Help in troubleshooting and solving security related concerns.
• Immediate response to any emergency occurred and play the required roles including, securing emergency scene, reserve evidences, manage traffic, etc.
• Report Property Protection Unit Head any safety/security concerns and discuss with him the required actions.
• Inform and coordinate with safety team regarding safety issues to ensure the appliance of safety measures and report non-compliance.
• Contain and manage problematic or unusual situation, caused by employees or visitors; if gone out of control, transfer it to the custody of security manager and/or personnel team.
• Replace Property Protection Unit Head during his absence, directly supervising all facets of the security guard operation.
• Coordinate with plant manager and administrative manager to manage security related exceptions and ensure efficient secured premises.
• Enforce company regulations and policies regarding Health, Safety & Security within his BU.
