Leading a strong safety culture — ensuring every project meets Tesco and statutory H&S expectations.

Managing supplier and consultant performance — including Tier 1 and Tier 2 contractors, designers and project managers.

Delivering through external project managers — while retaining full accountability for outcomes.

Minimising disruption — ensuring the best phasing and delivery approach for every scheme.

Collaborating with TBS to produce accurate site plans, retail layouts, designs and costings for governance approvals.

Owning external relationships — including developers, local authorities, statutory bodies and service providers, ensuring smooth progress at every stage.
