
The Property Program Coordinator provides administrative and coordination support for real estate operations, assisting with field office needs, order tracking, and lease documentation. This role helps ensure requests are organized, tracked, and completed in a timely manner while maintaining accurate records and supporting basic project activities. Working closely with internal teams and external partners, the Coordinator plays a key role in keeping property-related processes running smoothly and efficiently, while building foundational knowledge in real estate and lease management.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
1. Provides day-to-day administrative and coordination support for field office needs, helping ensure requests are tracked and addressed.
2. Assists with communication between field offices, internal teams, and external partners by helping route requests and follow up on outstanding items.
3. Supports tracking of office-related orders (furniture, equipment, services) and helps maintain status updates to ensure timely delivery.
4. Assists with basic project coordination tasks, such as updating trackers, scheduling meetings, and following up on action items.
5. Helps maintain lease files and documentation, including organizing records and tracking key dates under the guidance of the Manager.
6. Enters and updates data in tracking tools, spreadsheets, or systems to support visibility into projects, leases, and office needs.
7. Provides general administrative support, including document management, meeting coordination, and record keeping.
8. Identifies simple process improvements and helps implement updates to improve organization and efficiency.
9. Demonstrates Understand. Create. Simplify. by supporting clear communication and organized processes.
10. Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
Related bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
2 years of relevant experience
Word processing and spreadsheet experience
Highly detail oriented and exemplary organizational skills
Strong telephone, proofreading and customer service skills
Strong writing, documentation, and speaking skills
Ability to learn new skills and assume new responsibilities
Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment
Background check results satisfactory to SEL
Negative drug test result(s)
Preferred Qualifications
2 years of experience in program coordination
Database management skills
PowerPoint experience

Pay Range Data:
$29.16 - $43.10 per hour. We are open to reviewing additional candidates with more or less experience and the pay range may differ if filled at a different level. Our pay ranges are determined by job, responsibility, and location. We base our starting pay offer and title on location and job-related factors such as candidate experience, training, knowledge, and skills.
