He angitūtanga: The opportunity


We have a new opportunity for a Property Product Technician to join our Treasury Department.

In this role you would produce Property Products (Property Files and LIMs), ensuring they are delivered in accordance with legislative and organisational requirements. You can also expect to work on providing support, guidance and advice to customers.

You can expect to work on:
• Assisting with queries relating to the use and/or content of a Property Product
• Customer queries are dealt with in a timely, effective and efficient manner

• Contribute to the ongoing maintenance and quality of the property information through remediation and maintenance
• Ensure property products are delivered fully functional with complete, correct, and accurate information.

Please note this is a fixed term/secondment opportunity until December 2026.


He kōrero mōu: About you

We will be looking for someone with Customer Service experience and at least 3 years’ experience working with property and/or regulatory information, alongside previous experience working with an EDRMS (Electronic Document and Records Management System).

You’ll need some knowledge and/or experience with relevant regulatory legislation, LGOIMA and Privacy Act.

Experience with local government is beneficial though not essential.
