Property looks after one of Australia’s most dynamic portfolios. With an extensive footprint of over 1,800 retail outlets nationally, we’re growing every day. Our team manages every one of these locations, and we work together with our business units on all thing’s property, from site acquisition through to asset management.
As our new Property Officer, you'll be empowered to manage administrative tasks with a focus on delivering excellent service to internal teams and external stakeholders, including landlords.
This is a 12-month fixed term full time opportunity working in a supportive and open team environment, where you’ll gain significant exposure to Coles' property operations.

• Undertake discussions and support negotiations with landlords
• Ensure accuracy of reporting and key property data
• Plan and deliver key inputs and draft submissions in a timely manner
• Schedule meetings, catering, and minutes for team members
• Coordinate communication between external and internal groups.
You have tertiary qualifications in property / property-related field or demonstrate a keen interest to learn about the property industry.
Possessing maturity, professionalism and a proactive approach to taking on responsibilities, you have excellent relationship-building skills and are capable of building strong connections with landlords and internal stakeholders.

• Sound attention to detail with the ability to interpret leases & agreements.
• An ability to work independently and within a team environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
