We’re looking for a motivated and people-focused Property Officer / Leasing Consultant to join our growing Property Management team in Marsden Park. Whether you’re starting out or levelling up, this role offers variety, learning, and a team that genuinely has your back.

• You respond to rental enquiries quickly and professionally — every call and email feels smooth, helpful, and on-brand.
• You run open home inspections with confidence — creating a welcoming experience that leaves applicants impressed.
• You process tenancy applications efficiently — completing checks accurately and helping the best applicants move forward with zero delays.
• You prepare ingoing and outgoing condition reports with strong attention to detail — nothing gets missed, and your reports make life easier for the whole team.
• You stay on top of lease preparation, admin tasks, and reporting — keeping everything organised, accurate, and stress-free.
• You provide consistent, reliable support to the Property Management team — jumping in where needed and helping the workflow run smoothly.
• You handle travelling between properties like a pro — managing your schedule, staying punctual, and enjoying the variety in your day.

💼 You’ll Bring

• A current Real Estate Certificate of Registration
• A reliable car + valid driver’s licence
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong organisation and time management skills
• Initiative — you don’t wait to be told what to do
• A genuine interest in real estate and helping people
• Bonus: Experience in a similar role (great, but not essential — we’re all about potential!)
