Job Description

  • To assist Property Manager in carrying out property management functions including cleaning, security, maintenance and customer service with high quality
  • To lead and supervise the operation staff to provide quality services to tenants
  • To assist Tenancy Service Team in monitoring fit-out and reinstatement works of tenants
  • To coordinate with Technical Team on repairing and maintenance requirements
  • To handle complaint and accident cases
  • To prepare documents and reports
