Property Manager | Washington Heights, NYC · $110,000–$130,000

About the Role

A growing real estate management company is looking for a strong, experienced Property Manager to take ownership of a large, clustered portfolio of approximately 800 residential units and commercial properties in Washington Heights. This is a role for someone who can stabilize properties, improve building conditions, and drive down outstanding violations while keeping day-to-day property operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee a portfolio of approximately 800 residential units across multifamily and commercial properties
• Stabilize properties and improve overall building operations and conditions
• Drive down outstanding violations and ensure buildings meet compliance requirements
• Conduct building inspections and verify that properties are being properly maintained
• Review and approve invoices and bills
• Oversee property operations and work closely with the Field Manager to ensure execution
• Monitor building conditions, identify issues, and ensure timely follow-up
• Take ownership of the portfolio and establish consistent operational standards

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary of $110,000–$130,000
• $300 monthly allowance plus gas
• Health insurance fully paid for the employee
• Three weeks of vacation
• Five sick days
• Potential for remote work on Fridays, depending on operational needs
