Outbox Recruitment is hiring on behalf of our client for an organised and proactive Property Manager to join a busy and friendly property management team based in Stockport.
This is a varied, fast-paced role suited to someone with previous property management or lettings experience who can confidently manage maintenance issues, inspections, inventories, and tenant communication.

£25,000 – £28,000 salary (depending on experience)
20 days annual leave plus bank holidays

Monday to Friday: 9:00am – 5:00pm
1-hour lunch break
Every other Saturday: 9:00am – 1:00pm
Coordinating day-to-day property maintenance
Liaising with landlords, tenants, and contractors
Processing invoices and maintenance administration
Carrying out mid-tenancy inspections
Preparing inventory and schedule of condition reports
Conducting property check-outs
Managing deposit negotiations and dispute resolutions
Minimum 2 years’ experience in Property Management, Lettings, or a similar role
Full UK driving licence
Access to your own vehicle for work purposes
Strong communication and organisational skills
Ability to manage a busy workload independently
