En Pacifica Continental, nos encontramos en búsqueda de un perfil que lidere la operación integral de una operación inmobiliaria, con fuerte foco en resultados financieros, experiencia del cliente y eficiencia operativa. Será responsable de la gestión del presupuesto, control de ingresos, optimización de rentas en línea con el mercado y supervisión del proceso comercial completo (desde la prospección hasta la ocupación). Además, tendrá un rol clave en el análisis de tendencias, definición de estrategias de ocupación y relación con propietarios/inversionistas, asegurando el cumplimiento de objetivos y estándares de la operación.
La posición requiere experiencia liderando equipos multidisciplinarios, con un enfoque marcado en servicio, ventas y mejora continua. Se valoran perfiles con capacidad analítica, manejo de KPIs, toma de decisiones basada en datos y experiencia en industrias como real estate, hospitality o servicios. Es clave contar con habilidades de liderazgo, comunicación y gestión de stakeholders, así como experiencia en herramientas de gestión y reporting (idealmente software de property management). Inglés intermedio-avanzado es un plus.
