Managing housing complexes, residential townships and residential communities requires subject matter expertise, customised services and a commitment to creating a seamless yet enjoyable living experience. • Oversee daily operations of assigned properties, ensuring optimal building performance and tenant satisfaction

• Manage tenant relationships through regular communication, lease administration, and prompt resolution of service requests or concerns

• Coordinate and supervise maintenance activities, including preventive maintenance programs, emergency repairs, and capital improvement projects

• Develop and manage annual property budgets, monitor financial performance, and prepare detailed variance reports for ownership

• Conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance needs, safety concerns, and opportunities for operational improvements

• Negotiate and manage vendor contracts for services including cleaning, security, landscaping, and specialized building systems maintenance

• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations including safety codes, environmental requirements, and accessibility standards

• Prepare comprehensive monthly and quarterly reports detailing occupancy levels, financial performance, and key operational metrics

• Collaborate with leasing teams to support tenant retention initiatives and assist with property marketing efforts to prospective tenants
