Job Location: USC Leasing Office - Los Angeles, CA 90007
Position Type: Full Time
Salary Range: $23.00 - $25.00 Hourly

We have an amazing opportunity for a Property Manager to oversee 92 units/ 3 properties, near the University of Southern California (USC) campus. All properties are located within 1 mile of the office. Opportunity for advancement. We offer online and in-person training.
Compensation Includes:
- $23.00-$25.00 per hour
- $300.00 Auto Allowance and $25.00 cell phone
- Free 1-bedroom apartment
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Day-to-day operational management of all aspects of the property
- Supervise property, staff, and external vendors
- Daily communication with senior property management personnel and property owners.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable.
- Responsible for a positive and prompt response to requests from residents
- Perform daily/weekly comprehensive property walk-throughs, paying particular attention to items on the Preventive Maintenance checklist.
- Conduct unit inspections, including but not limited to move-in and move-out.
- Develop and implement marketing ideas and strategies
- Heavily focused on leasing current vacancies and upcoming available units.
- Monitor the monthly financial budget
- Strong leasing experience
- Ensure compliance with housing laws, rules, and regulations
Job

Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in multi-family property management with 80+ units. Student housing experience preferred.
- Knowledge of property accounting, such as Yardi
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Effective organizational and multi-tasking skills.
- Must be available to work one weekend day.
- Proficiency with computers, including a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.
