The role & team
Our Property Team plays a key role in supporting the growth of Specsavers across Australia and New Zealand. We are currently seeking a Leasing Executive / Property Manager to join our fast-paced and dynamic Business Development team on a fixed-term contract.
The Property Manager is responsible for negotiating lease renewals, exercising lease options and sourcing new properties throughout Australia and New Zealand. This role also requires an active involvement in store relocations and expansions which is an increasing necessity. All negotiations are to be favourable to Specsavers, and any potential risks are to be identified and reported to the business.
