Who are we looking for?

Reporting to the Accommodation Services Manager, you will be our property subject matter expert accountable for ensuring that Sodexo provides an effective and efficient property management service on behalf of our client.

You will be accountable for the management of tenancy agreements, delivery of reporting to the client and regulatory bodies related to tenancy and lease management and will be a central point of contact for tenants to facilitate providing cost effective and efficient management of properties within the portfolio.

This role is a Full-time Monday to Friday role. This position will require some overtime when needed.

To be successful in this role you will have proven experience in end-to-end Property Management. You will have experience in processing end of month reports and have a thorough understanding of residential property management and relevant legislation.

You are a positive, and effective communicator who has a strong work ethic and excellent customer service without compromising on quality or safety.

Diligence and attention to detail are of high importance in this role as well as a sense of urgency for meeting deadlines. If you have a proven background in delivering excellent customer service, then we would love to hear from you.

Qualifications

• Certificate IV Property Management
• Current QLD real estate registration certificate
• Current QLD driver's license
