The Property Manager is responsible for overseeing both soft and hard facility services, ensuring the seamless operation and maintenance of the facility, physical assets, and tenant-ready spaces. The role also supports occupancy objectives by maintaining tenant-ready facilities, assisting with tenant inquiries, coordinating with brokers and prospective occupants as needed, and helping promote the facility's overall readiness and suitability for use.
As a Safety Officer and Pollution Control Officer, the Property Manager ensures strict adherence to Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) standards, along with implementing relevant safety initiatives and pollution control measures. The position requires ensuring that facilities comply with all applicable regulations, providing a safe, sustainable, and efficient environment for employees, clients, and visitors.
This role integrates people, place, and process within the built environment, with a focus on enhancing the quality of life for individuals and optimizing the productivity of the core business operations. It also requires practical project management and stakeholder coordination skills to ensure spaces remain operationally ready, presentable, and responsive to business and occupancy requirements.
