The Property Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations, financial performance, and tenant relations of a portfolio of mixed-use shopping centers in the Dallas, TX. This role serves as the primary on-site and administrative point of contact for tenants, vendors, and ownership, and is accountable for maximizing property value through proactive management of leasing coordination, budgeting, maintenance, and tenant retention. The Property Manager reports directly to the Vice President of Property Management and works closely with leasing, accounting, and tenant coordination teams to execute the strategic goals of each asset.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
The work environment is a combination of in-office (Dallas Corporate Headquarters) and on-site work across multiple assets. This position is required to support emergency response needs 24 hours per day / 7 days per week, preferably with a response time under 30 minutes. The requirement in the preceding sentence will not apply if the position is on approved paid time off, approved leave of absence, or another position is approved by the VP of Property Management for a specific period of time to manage on call responsibilities.
