Mō te tūranga | About the role
As our Property Manager, you will be a key member of each community's leadership team, and contribute to the quality of life of our residents by ensuring buildings and property assets are well maintained (and compliant) through proactive management of our maintenance schedule, contractors, and property team members.
Your strong maintenance or trade background will ensure you understand Health & Safety and regulatory compliance requirements, can manage long-term and service maintenance plans, and lead and encourage your team (and contractors) in their day-to-day planned and unplanned maintenance work – on time and on budget.
Variety is guaranteed as each day will see you interacting with our residents - and collaborating with other teams within our community - to ensure our residents live life their way.
This is a full-time opportunity working across Monday - Friday although there may be an occasional requirement to be available on evenings or weekends.

Formed in 2014 when we listed on the NZ stock exchange, Arvida has grown to become a group spread across 35 locations nationally with greenfield development underway adding 2 more locations. We offer retirement living accommodation and aged care services to over 6,750 residents, and are one of the largest providers of aged care services in NZ.
