Job Description

Our client is an Investment Holding company, they are currently seeking for an Property Manager to join their team.

Property Manager

Responsibilities:

Responsible for the operations and direct management of Commercial Buildings
Improve the service level and to set objectives to enhance the image of the Company
Supervision of staff and contractors, arrange and attend regular meeting with IO/OC
Follow instructions and assignments given by the Senior Management

Requirements:

Higher Diploma or above in Property Management or related disciplines
At least 5 years’ relevant working experience with 2 years in supervisory level
Less than 5 years’ relevant working experience will be considered as Property Officer
PMP(Property Management Practitioner) licence (Tier 1 / Tier 2) is must
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
Immediate available is preferable
