Property Manager to oversee a market-rate residential community in the Memphis area.
This on-site leadership role is responsible for driving
operational performance, financial results, team leadership, and resident satisfaction The ideal candidate is a strong operator and people leader who can balance leasing, operations, and customer experience while elevating overall community performance.
🏡 WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Lead all day-to-day operations of the community, including leasing, marketing, and resident services
- Develop and manage operating budgets to drive strong financial performance and NOI growth
- Oversee occupancy, leasing velocity, and resident retention strategies
- Hire, train, and develop on-site team members, fostering engagement and accountability
- Ensure exceptional customer service and resident experience
- Monitor community performance and implement strategies for continuous improvement
- Maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to support property operations

🎒 WHAT IT TAKES
- 3–5+ years of residential property management experience
- Proven experience managing budgets and improving community NOI
- Strong leadership experience with the ability to develop and motivate teams
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Experience with property management systems (OneSite, YieldStar, Lead2Lease, or similar) preferred
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed
