Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Property Manager to join our team at Star Services LLC in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and management of our residential, commercial, and mixed-use properties.
Key Responsibilities:
§ Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of
properties, including leasing, maintenance, and
financial management.
§ Develop and implement property management strategies
to maximize occupancy and revenue.
§ Ensure properties are well-maintained, safe, and
compliant with local laws and regulations.
§ Maintain positive relationships with tenants,
vendors, and stakeholders.
§ Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors and
service providers.
§ Develop and manage budgets and financial reports for
each property.
§ Conduct regular property inspections and address any
maintenance or safety issues promptly.
§ Hire, train, and manage a team of property management
professionals.
§ Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract
new tenants and retain current tenants.
§ Stay up-to-date on market trends and industry
developments to make informed decisions.
§ Handle tenant complaints and resolve any conflicts in a
timely and professional manner.
Qualifications:
§ Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Property Management,
Business Administration, Facilities Management, Civil
Engineering, or a related field.
§ Minimum of 5 years of experience in property
management or real estate.
§ Strong knowledge of property management principles
and practices.
§ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
§ Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management
software.
§ Knowledge of local laws and regulations related to
property management.
§ Valid property management license or certification is
preferred.
