• Headquartered in Singapore with 12 overseas offices

Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of property officers and technicians on daily works carried out in few shopping malls and overseeing their daily operations.
• Liaise with and supervise contractors, recommend and implement improvement works, attend to feedback, complaints and services requested by the clients.
• Handle matters relating to tenancy and lease management, advertising and promotions management etc.
• Prepare and submit management reports to the Client.

Requirements:

• Degree in Real Estate Business/Facilities Management /Project and Facilities Management /Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in leading a team in managing commercial properties.
• Possess Fire Safety Manager certification
• Pro-active, independent, able to work with minimal supervision and perform under pressure
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

Working Hours: Mon - Fri (8.30am-6pm)

Salary: Up to $6,000 + AWS + VB
