About the Role

We are seeking an organised and proactive Property Manager to join our busy Oxford office. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of approximately 120 residential properties, ensuring landlords and tenants receive an efficient, professional, and compliant service.

This is a fast-paced role suited to someone who thrives on organisation, communication, and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing a portfolio of circa 120 residential properties

• Acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants

• Coordinating maintenance and repairs with contractors

• Handling tenancy renewals, rent reviews, and deposit negotiations

• Conducting property inspections and ensuring follow-up actions

• Ensuring properties remain fully compliant with current legislation

• Managing arrears and liaising with tenants regarding payments

• Overseeing check-ins, check-outs, and inventory processes

• Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in residential property management

• Strong knowledge of lettings legislation and compliance

• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise

• Confident communicator, both written and verbal

• Ability to manage workload independently

• Full UK driving licence (essential)
