Our client is a rapidly growing Property Manager in the Vaughan area. We are conducting a search for a Property Manager with experience managing a mixed portfolio of Retail Office and Industrial properties in the Mississauga area. You will be accountable for the daily operations including managing site conditions, contractors and reporting status on regular basis to the Executive Team

Academic/Education Requirements:
· Four-year Bachelor’s Degree and or Professional Designation;
Required skills/Experience:
· Minimum 4 years experience in Property Management overseeing a mixed portfolio of Office, Retail and Industrial assets
· Effective planner for not only prioritizing work activities but also anticipating shifts in priorities
· Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate across all levels within, as well as outside the organization
· Effective skills in analyzing and interpreting needs of the tenants, leases and financial information
· Ability to read and interpret leases
