Property Manager

Join an established real estate company, dedicated to elevating the living experiences of our tenants through top-notch property management. As a Property Manager, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing the value of our rental properties, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency, all while working remotely.

What You'll Do:

• 
  Oversee the daily operations of rental properties.
• 
  Develop and implement business plans for each property that align with customer needs.
• 
  Coordinate and supervise remote maintenance teams to ensure properties are kept in prime condition.
• 
  Foster and maintain positive, productive relationships with tenants, addressing their concerns and needs promptly.

Who You'll Work With:

Work in a dynamic environment as part of a dedicated real estate team. Your focus will be on ensuring operational excellence and tenant satisfaction, collaborating closely with remote maintenance teams, leasing agents, and upper management to achieve these goals.

Who We're Looking For:

  Highly Organized:
  Your ability to manage multiple properties and tasks simultaneously is key.
• 
  Detail-Oriented:
  Keen attention to property standards and tenant needs.
• 
  Effective Communication:
  Excellent skills in communicating with tenants, team members, and management.
• 
  Experience:
  A minimum of 1 year of experience in property management work is required. Experience with Property Management Software (e.g., Buildium, Appfolio, Yardi), Accounting Software (QuickBooks, Xero), Tenant Screening Tools, Lease and Contract Management Software, Maintenance Tracking Tools is a plus, but not necessary.
