Property Manager
The Property Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations, maintenance, and administration of residential and commercial properties. This role involves ensuring that all properties are well-maintained, financially stable, and compliant with relevant regulations, while delivering high-quality service to tenants and property owners. The Property Manager will interpret property requirements, coordinates with maintenance teams and service providers, and ensures accurate documentation for all property-related activities.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee the day-to-day management of residential and/or commercial properties.
• Ensure properties are well-maintained and comply with all relevant laws and regulations.
• Handle tenant inquiries, lease negotiations, and renewals.
• Coordinate property maintenance, repairs, and improvements.
• Monitor and manage property budgets, including rent collection and cost control.
• Prepare and review property-related documents, including contracts, reports, and lease agreements.
• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract new tenants.
• Maintain strong relationships with tenants and vendors, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Provide regular updates to senior management regarding property performance and any issues.
Candidate Profile:
• A degree or equivalent qualification in Property Management, Real Estate, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in property management, preferably with exposure to both residential and commercial properties.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of property management software and tools.
• Good understanding of legal requirements related to property management.
• Ability to manage budgeting, leasing, maintenance, and tenant relationships.
• Proficiency in resolving disputes and ensuring client satisfaction.
