A property management company based in the Five Towns is seeking a Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of approximately 350 units, mainly in Brooklyn, with additional locations in Staten Island and Queens. This role includes a balance of field visits and office work, offering flexibility and variety for the right candidate.

The position involves coordinating maintenance, managing tenant relations, and overseeing day-to-day building operations. The company is looking for a savvy, experienced property manager.

Responsibilities Include:

• Conducting regular site visits across the portfolio
• Coordinating with vendors and obtaining repair quotes
• Overseeing building maintenance and repair projects
• Managing tenant communications and addressing concerns
• Documenting and following up on open building issues
• Ensuring timely and efficient service delivery across locations

Ideal Qualifications:

• Savvy, experienced property or building manager
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Comfortable with a mix of office and field-based work
• Must have a car for travel to building sites
