Property Management Specialist Industry: Real Estate Location: Qatar Job Summary The Property Management Specialist will be responsible for the efficient day-to-day management of assigned residential, commercial, and/or mixed-use properties. The role involves coordinating with tenants, property owners, contractors, and internal departments to ensure properties are well maintained, occupancy and rental income are optimised, and tenant services are delivered to a high standard. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of property management operations, leasing coordination, tenant relations, maintenance management, documentation, and the Qatar real estate market. Key Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day operations of assigned residential and commercial properties. Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, renewals, move-ins, and move-outs. Coordinate with maintenance, facility management, contractors, and service providers. Conduct regular property inspections and ensure properties are maintained to required standards. Monitor lease agreements, occupancy, rental collections, and tenant documentation. Coordinate maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution of issues. Maintain accurate property, tenant, contract, and maintenance records. Prepare regular reports on occupancy, rentals, maintenance, and property performance. Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable Qatar real estate regulations. Maintain strong relationships with tenants, owners, and service providers. Requirements Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Real Estate, Property Management, Business Administration, or related field. 3–5 years of experience in property management, preferably in Qatar. Previous experience in the real estate industry is required . Good knowledge of property leasing, tenant relations, and maintenance coordination. Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Good command of English; Arabic is an advantage. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management systems is preferred. Qatar driving license is an advantage.
